These are the ultimate mid-morning or afternoon snack. An absolute textural delight and probably the prettiest thing you have ever put in your mouth!
- 1 - apple
- 0.5cup - good quality, sugar free, 100% natural nut butter (we used peanut)
- 2tbsp - walnuts
- 2tbsp - shredded coconut
- 2tbsp - goji berries
- 0.5tsp - cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt flakes
- Slice the apple into 2cm thick discs.
- Smother with a layer of nut butter.
- Top with chopped nuts, sprinkle with coconut and goji berries.
- Dust with a little cinnamon and salt.
