Ingredients

  • 1 - apple
  • 0.5 cup - good quality, sugar free, 100% natural nut butter (we used peanut)
  • 2 tbsp - walnuts
  • 2 tbsp - shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp - goji berries
  • 0.5 tsp - cinnamon
  • - pinch of sea salt flakes

Method

  1. Slice the apple into 2cm thick discs.
  2. Smother with a layer of nut butter.
  3. Top with chopped nuts, sprinkle with coconut and goji berries.
  4. Dust with a little cinnamon and salt.
