Here’s the thing. Smoothies are delicious. And largely good for you. But if you go a little crazy buying every superfood under the sun to throw into them, your bank account doesn’t look so happy. This breakfast smoothie keeps it simple. We use nut milk to make it lighter and fresher than dairy, but use whatever milk suits your taste and diet.
- 1 - large banana
- 1 - kiwi fruit
- 1 - large handful spinach leaves
- 2 - blocks ice
- 1.5 cup - unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- Blend all the ingredients together in a high-powered belnder. That’s it – serve!
