We think it’s the greatest trick of all time – you really wouldn’t know that it wasn’t ice-cream.
There is no better way to use up your old bananas.
- 4 - frozen brown bananas
- 1 - box of raspberries
- - juice of half a lime
- - cacao nibs and coconut flakes for decorating
1.Make the coulis first by blitzing the raspberries and lime juice in a food processor, place in a bowl and set aside.
2. Peel and chop the frozen bananas, place in a food processor and blitz for approximately
three minutes until fully combined and the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
3. Spoon into bowls and decorate with the coulis cacao nibs and coconut flakes.
